Who operates this website?
The website dvold.com is currently operated by Almansio Figueiredo Soares, trading under the name DVOLD.
The website operator can be reached by email at info@dvold.com.
No legal entity has been incorporated yet. Once that happens, these details and the associated registration details will be updated.
These terms apply from 1 August 2026.
02
Scope
These terms apply to visiting and using the public website dvold.com and the protected preview where you have received access.
They do not govern:
- use of a future DVOLD application or wallet;
- use of a customer or partner portal;
- pilots, implementations or technical integrations;
- licences, support or service levels;
- business or consumer agreements;
- ownership, validation or transfer of assets.
Separate agreements will apply to those services.
03
Informational nature
The website describes DVOLD's vision, platform principles, potential applications and integration direction.
Information on the website:
- is general and informational;
- is not legal, financial, tax, technical or other professional advice;
- is not a binding offer;
- does not automatically confirm that a feature, integration, partner connection or application is available;
- may change during product development.
Exact operation, scope, price, responsibilities and availability are established only in a separate agreement.
04
Permitted use
You may use the website normally to review information about DVOLD and contact us.
You may not carry out activities that:
- disrupt the website, the server or its security;
- attempt unauthorised access;
- distribute harmful code or automated abuse;
- use forms for spam or deception;
- attempt to collect data about other visitors;
- violate applicable law;
- infringe the rights of DVOLD or third parties.
Automated extraction or large-scale reuse is not permitted without prior written approval, except where mandatory law permits it.
05
Intellectual property
The text, designs, logos, images, interface visuals, illustrations, brand elements and other content on the website are protected by intellectual property rights.
Those rights are held by DVOLD and by the relevant rights holders or licensors.
You may:
- view the website;
- make a normal technical copy required for browsing;
- print or save a page for personal, non-commercial use.
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- commercially exploit the content;
- systematically copy it;
- modify and present it as your own;
- publish or distribute it;
- use it to create a confusingly similar service or brand presentation.
Statutory exceptions to intellectual property rights remain applicable.
06
Marks and names
DVOLD, the DVOLD logo and other identifiable brand elements may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, approval or origin without written permission.
Normal descriptive, journalistic or legally permitted reference to DVOLD remains allowed to the extent provided by law.
07
Third-party content and external links
The website may link to external websites or third-party information.
A link does not automatically mean that DVOLD:
- recommends the external party;
- is responsible for the content;
- has verified availability or security;
- confirms a partnership.
Use of an external website is governed by that party's terms and privacy practices.
08
Availability and changes
We aim to maintain a functioning and current website, but do not guarantee that:
- the website is always available;
- every error is corrected immediately;
- information is complete or continuously current;
- every described feature will be developed or made available;
- the website will be free from all technical interruption.
We may change, restrict or remove the website, routes, content or functions.
09
Contact form
Use the contact form only for legitimate enquiries.
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for having a lawful basis to share information in your message.
Do not send:
- passwords;
- copies of identity documents;
- national identification numbers;
- payment-card data;
- sensitive personal data;
- confidential third-party data without permission.
The form is protected against automated abuse. A submission stopped by that protection is not forwarded; if that happens, please contact us directly at info@dvold.com.
Personal data processing through the form is explained in the Privacy and cookie statement.
10
Product and trust claims
DVOLD distinguishes between Added, Issued and Validated.
The website must not be interpreted as a guarantee that:
- every physical item is authentic;
- every document is legally valid;
- every contribution has been independently validated;
- fraud is impossible;
- every application automatically complies with regulation;
- all data is stored on-chain;
- every integration or connector is available.
The value of information also depends on provenance, role, review and the applicable legal context.
11
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website operator is not liable for loss caused solely by:
- temporary website unavailability;
- reliance on general website information without appropriate professional assessment;
- use of external websites;
- unauthorised or prohibited use by the visitor.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, including intent or deliberate recklessness.
Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights.
12
Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue in the website, report it to info@dvold.com and provide enough information for investigation.
Do not disclose data publicly or take action beyond what is necessary to identify the issue.
A separate responsible-disclosure policy may be published later.
13
Privacy
Personal data processed through the website is covered by the Privacy and cookie statement.
14
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the website, the organisation or the law changes.
The current version and date are shown on this page. Material changes apply from the stated effective date.
15
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by Dutch law.
This does not affect mandatory consumer protections or a consumer's right to access a competent court under applicable law.
The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through consultation.
16
Severability
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will, where possible, be replaced by a valid provision with a similar purpose.
17
Language
The Dutch and English versions are intended to have equivalent meaning.
If an unintended discrepancy exists, the Dutch version prevails to the extent mandatory law does not require otherwise.
